Charles Mensah
Charles has over twenty years experience implementing management and financial systems for companies in Ghana and UK. He is a product of the University of Derby (UK) and holds an MBA from Manchester business school (UK). He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) UK and a member of ICA (GH). Charles has recently completed an Executive programme with Harvard University (USA) on “Driving Government Performance” and an ACCPAC Certified Consultant. He is the managing Consultant in charge of operational effectiveness and business information systems.

Chibuzor Ifeanyi ( NON EXECUTIVE)
Chibs is a chartered management accountant with a wide finance and systems background and has held senior position in various blue-chip organizations including Coca Cola, Northern Foods and BBC where he held the post of finance manager in charge of BBC1 and BBC2, which had a combined transmission budget of $1.2billion. He has recently completed one of the largest ERP implementations in Europe for the BBC in joint venture with PricewaterhouseCoopers and also as a Strategic Director for Ocean and Oil (OANDO). Chibs also has an MBA in financial studies and Msc in Business Systems from the university of Nottingham and City University respectively. He is the partner of Strategic Planning and financial re-engineering. He is currently based in Nigeria supporting the Oil Industry for a major Oil company.

Nana Baffour Gyewu (NON EXECUTIVE)
Mr. Baffour has been our Chief Executive Officer and Co-Executive Chairman since July 2009. Since 2004, Mr. Baffour has been a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Knox Lawrence International, LLC (“KLI”) an energy services investment company that has completed over $600 million in acquisitions to date. He is currently Executive Chairman of Consonus Technologies, Inc. a technology company he co-founded in 2005 and grew from start-up to over $100 million in revenues. He has led acquisitions, integrations, and held operating roles including executive chairman, president, and CEO for different energy services companies during his tenure at KLI.

Mr. Baffour currently serves as Board Member of Dearborn Mid-West Conveyor Co. and Utilipoint International as well as Chair of the Advisory Board of the University of Utah Opportunity Scholars Program.

From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Baffour was an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston in Europe and the US, where he was directly involved in billions of dollars of M&A and financing transactions for utilities, including clean energy companies and did the first capital markets wind financing transaction. Mr. Baffour started his career in finance as a Credit Analyst for CIT Group from 1996 to 1998 and was an equity portfolio analyst at Standard and Poor’s from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Baffour received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, a Master of Science in Economics from University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Lawrence University. Mr. Baffour is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Edward Ato Sarpong
Eddy is our partner in charge of forensic audit and investigations, before joining Africa online as finance manager and currently the General Manager; he had worked for Ernst & Young as an audit manager for over 5years. His “hands on approach” to investigation earned him a number of in-house awards. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant (GH) and a product of the Institute of professional studies (Legon). Ato also has an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Ghana
